我是数学老师何思佳。我的高中和大学都是在美国度过的，在美国留学10余年。我毕业于Pepperdine University，专业是数学教育，并且拥有美国加州数学教师资格证。在加入华师双语之前，我曾在美国公立高中教授 Pre-Calculus，并曾在上海另外一所双语学校担任中学部数学老师和年级组长。
作为一名教师，我对自己有很高的期望。我希望在我的课堂中，学生们能从活动中学到知识，并在过程中培养出能让他们在以知识为基础的、高度科技的社会中生活的技能。

同时我对我们的学生也有很高的期待。每个学生的天赋和能力都是不同的，我会支持每个孩子实现他们的目标。

I am Scarlett He, math teacher, and the math subject group leader of ECNUAS. I spend my high school and college in the United states for ten years. I graduated from Pepperdine University with a bachelor degree in Mathematical Education. And I held a California Secondary Math Teaching Certificate.Before joining ECNUAS, I taught Pre-Calculus at a public school in California for two years. I also have worked at another bilingual school in Shanghai. My roles there are secondary math teacher and G9 grade leader.
I have high expectations of myself as a teacher. In my classroom, I hope that students can learn the content knowledge through activities as well as Develop Skills for Living in a Knowledge-Based, Highly Technological Society. I will also have very high expectations of the form. I believe there are no ceilings on what students can achieve so I will be supporting each child to reach their goals.
