初中部教研活动|共教研 促成长

 为了加强教师间教学交流,提高整体教师教学水平, 11月底到12月初华师双语初中部进行了为期三周的教研活动。

      听评课一直是广大教师教研活动的一项重要工作。通过一线教师开展听评课活动,互相观摩,切磋和交流,从而共同提高教学水平。可以说,听评课活动对提高教师的专业能力发挥着重要的作用。

From the end of November to early December, in order to strengthen the communication between teachers and improve the overall teaching level of teachers, a three-week teaching and research activity was conducted in the middle school of ECNUAS. 

Observing the lecture has always been an important work in the teaching and research activities of teachers. Through observing the lectures of the first line teachers, exchange different ideas, so as to raise the teaching level together. It can be said that observing class activities plays an important role in improving teachers' professional ability.

评=科学民主,人性化

Assessment
 

       如果说传统评课体系,让教师感到畏惧和拒绝,那么我们的评课对老师来说,轻松感性,随机随意。我们在意趣的表达中,让教师更好地反思课堂,回味教学,产生的效果更好,体验也会更深刻。

       我们倡导一种平等,真诚,探讨的教研文化,讲课老师真正感到了来自同事们的帮助,而不是居高临下的评判者。

If the traditional system of assessment makes teachers afraid and rejected, our assessment is easy and casual for teachers. In the expression of interest, let the teacher better reflect on the lecture, thus the result is much better, and the experience will be more profound.

We advocate a culture of equality, sincerity and discussion, and the teachers really feel the help of their colleagues, not the condescending judges.


 

一堂好课=用心

       什么样的课是一堂好课?这个问题没有标准答案,不同的角度有不同的答案。虽然标准难同,但是我们有共同的要求,那就是以学生的发展为本,以提升学生的核心素养为旨,用心做好课。

What kind of lesson is considered to be a good lesson? There is no standard answer to this question, and different angles have different answers. Although the standard is difficult to get agreement, but we have the common requirement, that is to take the student's development as the foundation, to enhance the student's core quality to be the key, and always kept it in your mind. 

把生动,激情,把教学和生活交织在一起,更能体现课堂焕发生命活力,展现教学个性的特点。

The passion, the teaching and the life interwoven together, reflect the vitality, and show the characteristic of teaching individuality.

       教师的教学,需要知识和技能,也需要情趣和感动;需要苦思冥想,更上层楼,也需要甘之如饴,满意当下。讲一个别有洞天的故事与列几条生硬的道理,究竟哪一个更有利于成长,还真是很难断言。关于一堂好课,一位好的教师的标准,仁者见仁,智者见智。通过本次活动,我们不要求老师作出最好的课堂,我们只希望每一位老师都可以一起来思考,怎样给学生呈现出更好的课堂。这也是我们作为一名老师对自我的要求,对学生的承诺,用心做好课。

The teaching requires knowledge and skills, as well as interest and emotion. You need to think hard, you need to improve, and you need to be pleased. It is hard to say which one is more conducive. A good lesson, a good teacher, the standard is different. Through this activity, we do not ask teachers to make the best lesson. We only hope that every teacher can think together and to present the students a better lesson. As a teacher, this is also our requirement for ourselves; the commitment to students.
