From the end of November to early December, in order to strengthen the communication between teachers and improve the overall teaching level of teachers, a three-week teaching and research activity was conducted in the middle school of ECNUAS.

We always believe that a good lesson should be students centered and give students more opportunities to present themselves.
If the traditional system of assessment makes teachers afraid and rejected, our assessment is easy and casual for teachers. In the expression of interest, let the teacher better reflect on the lecture, thus the result is much better, and the experience will be more profound.
We advocate a culture of equality, sincerity and discussion, and the teachers really feel the help of their colleagues, not the condescending judges.
What kind of lesson is considered to be a good lesson? There is no standard answer to this question, and different angles have different answers. Although the standard is difficult to get agreement, but we have the common requirement, that is to take the student's development as the foundation, to enhance the student's core quality to be the key, and always kept it in your mind.
