9月10日，学校举行庆祝第42个教师节暨表彰大会。今年教师节主题为“大力弘扬教育家精神，共筑尊师重教风尚”。大会对上一学年在教育教学中表现突出的教师进行了表彰，并向全体教职工致以节日问候。

校领导提出不必人人成为教育家，但要践行教育家精神，从为何教、如何教、以怎样的自我面对学生三个维度解读教育家精神内涵，列举校园真实事例展现教师平凡的育人付出。提出学校要把时间还给教师，尊重教师专业、支持专业成长，让教师的付出被看见；同时指出奉献不等于无限透支，希望教师立足本职，用专业与耐心陪伴学生成长。

此次大会弘扬了尊师重教风尚，激励广大教师坚守初心、潜心育人，共同推动学校高质量发展。

On September 10, the school celebrated the 42nd Teachers’ Day and honored outstanding teachers. The theme was “Promoting the educator spirit and respecting teachers.”

School leaders said not everyone must become an educator, but all can embody the educator spirit—shown in why we teach, how we teach, and who we are before students. They cited teachers’ everyday dedication and urged schools to return time, respect professionalism, support growth, and make efforts visible. Dedication is not endless sacrifice; teachers should guide students with professionalism and patience.

The event inspired faculty to stay committed to education and the school’s development.
