孔德毓老师，语文教育硕士，担任中学语文教师，曾连续三年在美国公立中学担任汉语教师，后在上海某国际学校任职。工作期间，她根据学生特点，激发学生学习的积极性和主动性，帮助学生掌握扎实的学科知识，养成良好的学习习惯。她有丰富的教学经验和开放的教育理念。她认为教师是学生的引导者，旨在帮助学生成就自我，成为真正的人。她积极乐观，勇于挑战创新，是终身学习的信奉者和践行者。

Ms. Deyu Kong, Master of Chinese Education.  Chinese teacher in middle school. She has been working as a Chinese teacher in a public middle school in Indiana for three years, then work in a bilingual school in Shanghai. Based on the characteristics of students, she motivated students to learn positively and initiatively,helping students to learn Chinese knowledge, and developing good study habits.
