6月5日，学校特邀国家二级心理咨询师张玲老师主讲家长赋能课堂，围绕从“监工”到“成长合伙人”的主题展开。张老师围绕小学生手机游戏管理、青春期亲子沟通等实际问题展开分享，强调家庭教育的本质是育人。她还剖析了家庭中的角色分工、冲突处理及手机使用对学习的影响，并针对家长在教育中的困惑，如如何理解孩子成长阶段、处理家庭与他人关系等给出了建议。本次活动助力家长转变角色，促进家庭与学校协同育人。

On June 5th, our school invited Zhang Ling, a National Level II Psychological Counselor, to deliver a Parent Empowerment Workshop themed From Supervisor to Growth Partner.

Ms. Zhang shared practical advice on managing children’s use of mobile games and improving parent-child communication during adolescence, emphasizing that the essence of family education is nurturing children. She also analyzed family role division, conflict resolution and the impact of phone use on study, and offered solutions to parents’ concerns about children’s development and interpersonal relationships. This event helped parents adjust their roles and strengthened home-school collaboration in education.
